Ingredients

4 pcscream cheese
3 tbspjam
2 tbsppowdered sugar

1 · Flatten
Lay a slice of soft sandwich bread on a board and roll over it with a rolling pin or a smooth mug until it is thin and flat. Pinch off the crust with your fingers if it gets in the way.
2 · Spread
Spread the slice with cream cheese, then smear a thin layer of jam on top with a spoon.
Go easy on the jam — a thick layer makes the roll slide apart and leak.
3 · Rolls
Roll the slice into a tight log and set it seam side down. Do the same with the other three.
4 · Serving
Arrange the rolls on a plate and dust them with icing sugar through a small sieve. Enjoy!
