Terms of Use

These are the rules Gustable works by. They are written from what the app actually does; if its behaviour changes, this text changes with it.

1. Who provides what

Gustable is an Android app that suggests dishes, walks you through cooking step by step and builds your shopping list. It is developed and maintained by Asuras, an individual developer in the Republic of Belarus.

2. What you need to use it

You can open the app without an account — then everything is stored only on your phone. Signing in with a Google account is what makes your menu, shopping list and XP move to a new device.

The app is not intended for children under 13. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13.

3. Free version and PRO

Every new user gets 7 days of full access. The period is counted on the server from your first sign-in, so reinstalling the app does not extend it.

After the free week the free version keeps working, with limits:

• three new recipes a day
• the shopping list is built for one dish
• My products (pantry) and profile statistics are PRO only

Diet, religious restriction and allergy filters always work — in the free version and after a subscription ends. We do not lock the safety of your food behind a payment.

Store payments are not connected at the time these terms are published. PRO comes from the free week and from promo codes. When payments arrive, Google Play will take the money under its own rules, and that is where a subscription will be cancelled.

4. Promo codes

A promo code grants PRO for a stated number of days. A code has a limited number of uses and may expire. The same account cannot redeem the same code twice. Promo codes are not exchangeable for money.

5. Food, allergies and responsibility

This matters more than the rest, so it is said plainly. We filter dishes by the composition we entered into our own product database. If something about a dish is unknown and you have declared an allergy, the dish is not shown — we would rather show you less.

But formulations change, manufacturers change recipes, and products with the same name differ. Always read the label. If your allergy is severe, do not rely on the app alone.

The words halal and kosher are used only as names of settings groups. We are not a certifying body and do not confirm the method of slaughter or any certification.

Recipes and cost estimates are reference information, not medical or dietary advice. What you eat remains your decision.

6. Your account

You are responsible for access to your Google account: that is how you sign in to Gustable. You can delete your account at any time — in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by email from the address you signed in with.

We may close access if an account is used to attack the service, brute-force promo codes, or otherwise break the app for everyone else.

7. What we do not promise

The app is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted operation: the server can be unavailable, and some features need an internet connection.

We are not responsible for the consequences of using the recipes or for decisions made from the information shown. This does not limit our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

8. Rights to the content

The texts, the design and the selection of recipes belong to the developer. You may use the app freely; copying its content into your own service is not allowed.

If you believe a photo or a text infringes your rights, write to egorkabercuk@gmail.com — we will look into it and take it down.

9. Changes

If the rules change, we will update the date at the top of the page and announce the change in the app before it takes effect.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Before going to court, write to us — almost everything is settled by email.
