300 gsalt
to tastetomato paste
3 tbspgarlic

1 · Water
Put a large pot of water on the heat and salt it well.
The water should be as salty as broth: there is nowhere else to salt the pasta.
2 · Sauce
Fry the finely chopped garlic in olive oil, add tomato paste and a ladle of water from the pot.
The garlic must not darken — it turns bitter.
3 · Pasta
Boil the pasta a minute less than the pack says.
4 · Assembly
Move the pasta into the sauce and heat together. Done!
